Inquiries & Complaints
You may make inquiries regarding any aspect of WaterView's responsible business principles (eg. ethics, human rights, environment, health and safety, social responsibility, privacy, innovation…). You may also make a complaint, anonymously if you wish, if you have detected any alleged irregularity, unlawful act or breach of internal norms. All communication will be treated in accordance with our principles of respect, confidentiality, rationale and completeness.
To make a complaint according to the Italian D. Lgs. n. 24/2023, please choose one of the two following options:
- our whistle blowing platform, where you can send anonymous and non-traceable complaints
- the whistle blowing platform managed by ANAC, the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority
Alternatively, you can make your statements by complaint or lawsuit to the police or judicial authorities.
