WaterView at SICUREZZA 2025: Innovation in cybersecurity and video surveillance

WaterView redefines the concept of monitoring with the new CheCK suite

Latest from WaterView

November 21, 2025

WaterView's first participation in the Sicurezza 2025 fair (Milan, November 19-21, 2025), the biennial reference event in Italy for the security and fire monitoring sector, concluded with excellent public feedback. With a dedicated stand, WaterView presented its entire range of intelligent monitoring solutions, dedicated to the prevention of environmental risks and infrastructures monitoring.

From vision to data: the WaterView product families

The WaterView stand was the meeting point for professionals interested in concrete and scalable solutions, such as:

  • CliCK: The family of visual intelligence algorithms that transforms surveillance cameras into high-precision environmental weather monitoring sensors, but which also finds wide application within industrial contexts, for example for the early detection of liquid leaks or incipient fires.
  • TraCK: The solution for monitoring road surface conditions and road infrastructure assets through analysis algorithms running on computing units installed on board vehicles (including non-dedicated ones) equipped with cameras.

The absolute preview: the CheCK suite is born

The real novelty in Milan was the official launch of CheCK, the new suite of advanced video analysis functions created to meet the demand for operational efficiency of camera networks used in the urban security and workplace sectors. Thanks to optimized algorithms, the suite allows detecting criticalities such as the absence of video signal from a camera, the shifting of its view, or a compromise of visibility due to fog, dirt, or drops on the glass, or even tampering and vandalism.

CheCK thus allows simplifying the management of extensive video surveillance networks, quickly highlighting devices affected by problems that might only be noticed when accessing a recording. A further advantage is the ability to receive from CheCK notifications related to image quality issues that could compromise the proper application of other video analysis applications, such as access control, people and vehicles counting, or fire monitoring.

Strengths and added value

In Milan, WaterView reaffirmed its uniqueness: the ability to offer pure software solutions that do not require complex proprietary hardware, reducing maintenance and installation costs. In a sector increasingly focused on automation, the CheCK suite represents the missing link for security management that is not limited to protecting assets and people, but that simplifies the operational management of the devices and infrastructures dedicated to these operations.
